Ordering by email is the easiest method; simply click on the link below for an email page where you can provide a list of the pieces that interest you along with the shipping destination and shipping method of choice. I will respond quickly to confirm that the specimens are still in stock and what the total cost, including shipping, will be.

Although I will try to keep the site as up to date as possible, there may be rare instances where sold items have not been marked or withdrawn as quickly as would be liked due to the whims of the webmaster; however, I guarantee that you will be notified right away.
Please note that specimens marked with an * are unsuitable for shipping due to their delicate nature and would have to be picked up in person.

POSTAGE AND SHIPPING - All items will be shipped in appropriate packing materials to safeguard the contents from our door to yours.
As postage costs can vary greatly depending on the size of the order and destination, if you contact me about any items that interest you, along with the destination and your shipping method of choice, I will reply with a firm quote of costs. We use Canada Post as our main shipping agent.
Postage and shipping costs will be added to the cost of purchase, and to reduce shipping costs, all orders will be sent by surface mail unless otherwise requested. As surface mail can be slow to overseas destinations please allow time when using this method.
Most orders over $400.00 will be shipped surface mail free of charge.
RETURN POLICY - All specimens are Satisfaction Guaranteed. I will try to describe the specimens as well as possible, and additional photos can be sent on request with answers to any additional questions. If you are not happy with any order please contact me to return the specimen for a full credit or refund. We regret that shipping costs are non-refundable.
